Summary of Qualification As my work history shows, I have a very diverse background. I enjoy doing many different things. I have been in management most of my adult life, which provides an edge when it comes to understanding what is required of an employee and being able to work well with co-workers. I am a critical thinker with a strong work ethic and a desire to deliver quality results. Summary of Qualification As my work history will show, I have a very diverse background. I can do, and enjoy doing many different things. When I take a job I not only do what I am hired to do, I also try to learn the entire operation so usually in a short period of time i am familiar enough with what everyone does that I can do most of the jobs required to run the operation. I try to advance to the highest level as I possibly can, and in the shortest amount of time possible. I have been in management most of my adult life and that gives me an edge when it comes to understanding what is required of an employee when it comes to following directions and working well with co-workers . I still see things from a management point of view and I understand more fully what they are trying to accomplish when they give directions and or constructive criticism. I am a critical thinker and have a strong work ethic. I rapidly pick upon things am a very fast learner. I think I would be an asset to just about any organization.
