QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in Club governance, Committee, and Board of Directors relations. * Acquires and maintains current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes and provides management advice. * Maintains client's community documents, policies, and procedures. * Negotiates vendor contracts and monitors work performances. * Creates revenue growth strategies and implementing new initiatives/programs. * Accounting, budget development/forecasting and financial reporting and targeting capital improvements. * Membership development, owner orientation, social media and newsletter education. * Property operations, environmental management, food and beverage operations, catering, event execution. * Promote and implement the highest standards of "Raving Fan" customer service initiatives.
