Summary More than 30 years of progressive management, systems engineering and software development experience including involvement in substantial software systems and systems engineering for customers including the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, Department of Transportation, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, Internal Revenue Service, and Immigration and Naturalization Service. Over 20 years' experience directing teams of management and technical staff for contracts as large as $250M in value and 200 staff. Substantial experience planning and implementing complex projects and adhering to strict schedule and cost guidelines. This includes planning and implementing successful process improvement activities in CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001 environments. Senior manager with full responsibility/accountability for P&L and business growth within the DOD and Civilian space. This includes business development, capture management, teaming, and coordination with corporate resources including executive leadership and finance, accounting, contracts, and HR organizations.
