PROFILE * Years of IT work experience in various positions with increasing responsibilities and technical capabilities. Experience includes Customer support for COTS and custom applications, LAN, MAN, WAN, Configuration and deployment of various components supporting a variety of enterprise architectures. * Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, Apache Webserve, JBoss, RedHat CentoS 6 and 7 * Firewall, Iptables, ping netstart, interface configurations, Telnet, SSH * DevOps tools, Client-orientation, flexible, easily adapt in multi-cultural environment. * Fluency in English, Develop instances on AWS. SAN/NAS Configurations * Ability to work with technicians/administrators from other disciplines to troubleshoot complex system issues, fired up instances on AWS, (EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, IAM) * Extensive experience in Network Operations, Help Desk (Analyst/ Supervision) * Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements, Federal Government IT Infrastructures, Experience with Devop tools, (CodeStar, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, * Thorough knowledge of Remedy ticketing and problem resolution tracking softwar * Very proficient & knowledgeable in spreadsheets - Access and Excel * Extensive working knowledge of UNIX (REDHAT) Centos 6,7 & Windows Operating System Environments * Several years' experience in Computerized Financial Accounting and Internal Control Structures * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Work efficiently with little or no supervision, and meets deadline * Subject matter expert in Microsoft Office Suite. * A team spirited professional, quick learner, motivated, well organized, trainable and dependable.
