I have performed trouble-shooting activities on production servers off-hours (nights or weekends) if required to minimize the impact to the organization's operations. I have the ability to focus on critical details that may impact the users' productivity, and the organization as a whole. I have managed, maintained, and administered security procedures on large systems, networks and databases. In addition, I have been involved in researching, planning and implementation of in-house software applications, application fixes and patches, and database migrations and updates. In fact, through my reports I helped my last company, Rain for Rent, recover $43 million in 2014.
