PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY * 3+ years of experience in Business and System analysis, Data Analytics, and Quality Assurance in Banking, Insurance and Finance industries * Experience performing current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) state analysis for software systems * Expertise in elicit, analyze, specify and communicate business, system and implementation requirements * Experience working with business unit owners, tech team, key stakeholders and project manager in software development process * Competent in Creating Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. Proficient in SQL queries and database systems * Expertise in gathering, understanding and documenting Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD) * Sound technical skills in system analysis and data modelling * Experience in querying Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2 and MS access relational databases * Experience in ETL testing DataStage jobs using UNIX, IBM Cognos ICM and Control M, and automation testing using HP QTP, Selenium and Informatica DVO * Hands on experience with Process modelling, Reporting, Requirements Management and defect tracking Tools, like TFS, Borland Star Team, Microsoft Test Manager, Rational Team Concert and HP ALM/ Quality Center * Expertise in writing Defect report, Test cases and Test Plan document * Adept in defect triage, casual analysis, regression analysis and smoke testing * Adept in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices and Hybrid model * Ability to work effectively in an AGILE and Waterfall team setting * Have a good understanding about different phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) using both waterfall model and enhanced model with Agile Methodologies
