Noteworthy Accomplishments: * Conduct Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility studies to confirm measurement capabilities. * Analyze erratic machine performance to resolve problems with measurements and processes saving $ 1.3 million in scrap. * Statistically evaluate measuring and manufacturing processes using Minitab for improvements and implement SPC on processes that demonstrate acceptable GRR results. * Review supplier Control Plans and PFMEA's to identify where controls failed, which led to a request to assume supplier management responsibilities.
