Seeking a Supervisor/Management position in a Manufacturing Environment whereby my skills and talents create growth, improving the manufacturing process to meet the company's overall expectations to the work environment I help to create. I have excellent communication & people skills that allow me to work well with others and I make things happen, bringing the best out of people wherever I go. I am a results oriented guy. I have served as I.C. Commander on ERT/Hazmat Teams under CAL/OSHA lines for the past 20 years as IC Coordinator and have established Work Safety Teams developing an efficient and safe work environment. I serve as a good liaison across most all platforms. Running an Equipment Maintenance Group is parallel to my past experience utilizing Process Flow to enhance Lean Manufacturing Methodology.
