Experienced with network protocols, and understanding of security related technologies including encryption, IPsec, PKI, VPNs, firewalls, and proxy services. * Responsible for the installation and configuration of File, Exchange Outlook, DNS, and Back up Windows servers and applications, including fabricating mobile server packages with these capabilities. * Diagnosed and resolved network related problems within LAN/WAN network infrastructures. * Revamped and maintained the organizations System Security Plan (SSP). * Installed, deployed, and administrated VMware and Thin PC workstations to support ISR operations to elements in theatre Afghanistan. * Deployed to hostile locations to perform System Administration and Technical Support to ISAF SIGINT efforts in various Regional Commands in Afghanistan. * NITO Tech Lead for Afghanistan, responsible for the remote administration and maintenance of 600 workstations, 1200 monitors, 50 printers, and 65 servers totaling over two million dollars worth of the Agency's systems. * Performed as military oversight over contracted personnel in multiple airborne sensory elements collection tools including the SIGNAV software suite. * * Assisted remote IAD users with backing up their files by swapping hard drives. * Assisted in improvements of database designs for intelligence report dissemination for improved end user interaction and operational productivity.
