PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY I have had several different deployments and upgrades in various capacities. I have worked on Windows the majority of my career and had multiple projects in each version of Windows. I also worked in Healthcare environments installing battery systems on several nursing carts. During this time, I was able to gain valuable experience interacting with customers and have done many projects remotely. My experience has allowed me to gain experience with many different types/brands of hardware and software. I have supported T-Mobile, Home Depot, Walmart and Target for Compucom.
