An excellent organizer and communicator with extensive experience in upstream oil/gas [SEMS II (API 75)], light/heavy manufacturing, large DoD projects (USACE/NAVFAC and EM385) and heavy civil construction projects. Company lead on all workers' compensation/general liability reporting as well as TPA coordination and broker interaction. * General Managed the safety/claims/environmental programs of the $1.6B DART "Green Line" light-rail project. 2,000 workers/900 subcontractors. Installed EH&S programs addressing exposures to loss in manufacturing, construction/contracting, trucking, warehousing and upstream oil and gas. Recruited, trained and lead staff of 22. Consistencies in application drove EMRate to 1/3rd of the industry average.
