My objective is to work within an organization that fosters change, constant improvement, and open to creative ideas and forward thinking from their number one asset, the employee. My experience brings a very diverse skill set from managing organizations with $10M department budget and up to 275 employees, managing technical vendors and partners, serving on a corporate marketing executive team, executive business development, and running a small IT staffing and consulting business working with very large companies across the United States. However, I am a people person by heart and nature and any position in this capacity is my niche and strong suite.
