SUMMARY: * Over 9+ Years of experience in Windows and VMware Systems. * Worked as a team member and team lead to provide 24x7 on-call Windows and VMWare production support and escalations. * Proven ability to create and deliver solutions tied to business growth, organizational development and systems/network optimization. Skilled problem identifier and troubleshooter comfortable managing systems, projects and teams in a range of IT environments. * Increased team productivity and automated repetitive tasks by using batch files, PowerShell and WMI. * Excellent experience and understanding with Active Directory 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 and 2016 and LDAP. * Experience in ITIL process (Incident, change and problem management) using BMC tool. * Experience in Windows Backup, Recovery with RTO and RPO. * Experience in Datacenter move and Windows 2003 upgrade/migration. * Experience in AD upgrade from win 2003 to 2008 and 2008 to 2016 along with functional level upgrades. * Experience in AD disaster recovery. * Sound knowledge on VMware, AWS. * Worked on windows server 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2. * Sound Knowledge on AD delegation and NTFS permission models. * Worked and implemented Azure AD connect, AD LDS, FRS, DFS, DFSR, Group policy. * Strong experience with DNS and DHCP. * Sound knowledge on PKI, Kerberos, Kerberos double hop. * Worked on RADIUS servers. * Worked on print servers and print server migrations. * Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2, 2008 R2, Windows 2003. * Install / Upgrade all VMware Servers with the latest VMware Tools and VM hardware version loaded on our ESX Servers.
