Throughout my 20 year career, I have configured, installed, tested, repaired and maintained personal computers and systems (printers) related hardware and software. I have been the point of focus for my previous employers for all IT support issues. The value that I bring to your organization can best be summarized as follows: Partnering with teams, vendors and management to identify needs and issues, and introduce new technologies and best practices to ensure critical growth and expansion.
