Accomplishments Staff Development: * Launched well-received program of professional development courses for all staff. This involves 2 weeks of training side by side with either a chef or trainer. That includes a day to day review of product knowledge and information retention * Mentored and coached over 50 employees resulting in 25 new sous chefs and new Lead/Key employees Operations Management: * Managed Special Private Party Room. * Handled all functions related to Private Party Room, developing menus with execution standards.
