Has developed Business Structure of Property Management guidelines. * Court Testimonies, and has attended as company's rep as a Technical Expert and Credible Witness. * Direct, coach, train, mentor, motivate, and discipline staffs in all principles, including direct employees, contractors and subs ranging from 5 to 53 for fortune 500 company and any other capacity range. * Structured and managed the program (s) to perform according to milestone - schedule and financial aspects. Leverage the existing business to awarded new businesses by customers' satisfaction ratings. * Profit & Loss (P & L) responsibility and analysis on project from $10K to $53M budget for aerospace and defense programs, construction and proprietary products. Internal and External Audit Program. * As a creative design engineer and detail oriented have obtained four Patents, three have issued and one is pending. Design emphasizes on renovated structures, Fluid dynamics and Mechanics' concepts. * Implemented Design (DFM), Lean Management from inceptions to completion and logistics, Six- Sigma, 5Ss, DAMIC, 7-Waste, J.I.T, T.Q.M and Value Stream Mapping methodologies. * ISO 9000:2000 & AS9100:2000 compliance. The products improvement through MTBF analysis. * Interact with FDA, FAA, CASE, NFPA, UL, CSA, NSA, DCAS, GSA and other Agencies Representatives. * Knowledge of Real Estate Rules & Regulations, CC & Rs, (Davis Stirling Act) and Mortgage.
