This also includes creating and reviewing detailed functional and technical documentations of the design, development, and test plans. * Over 9 years of professional experience in software quality assurance testing, including UAT, Regression, System, Integration, Defect Management, and test automation including leading, and mentoring responsibilities. * Over 9 years of professional experience of creating and reviewing test plans, detailed test cases/scripts for online transaction processing of payments processing on Tandem Fault-tolerant and mainframe systems for our financial institutions customers (at ACI, MasterCard, and JP Morgan Chase), including creating and reviewing detailed functional and technical documentations. * ASTQB Certified Tester of both Foundation Level and Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) - Quality Assurance (QA) Testing/Analysis. * QA testing efforts mostly in manual and UAT testing, but some automated UI testing with QTP, as well. * QA testing mostly involves the Water Fall method, but got Agile training, including a three-day Agile boot-camp training. * Knowledge of Golden Gate tool for test data generation and replication. * Certification testing with various hardware vendors, like IBM, NCR, Diebold, Verifone, etc. And, financial transactions interchanges, like MasterCard (MDS and BankNet), Star, Interact, etc. * Proficient use of ISO messages (both 1987 and 1993 formats), XML messages for data transportation. * Over 12 years of professional experience with SQL, including both stand-alone SQLCI (Command Interpreter) and SQL commands embedded in TAL and COBOL programs. * In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies and process improvement (20+ years). * BASE24-atm, BASE24-pos, and BASE24-teller, including EMV support for design, development, and testing (17+ years). * Development and testing of BASE24-eps on multiple systems/platforms, including Tandem Non-stop and Guardian, and IBM mainframe (AIX and Z-series). Also, working with BASE24-eps implementations on varying operating systems, including z/OS, z/VM, Windows, UNIX, LINUX (3+ years). * Lead and mentored onshore and offshore teams for BASE24 and transaction processing functionality and related simulators (FASTest, Integry, Member Host Simulation - MHE) training (6+ years). * QA test planning, test cases documentation (using QC/ALM), execution, defects documentation and resolution, test results reviews and QA Audit support (8+ years). * QA testing of BASE24-eps, Falcon fraud management, CAMS system, Portfolio Viewer, Web Services - SOAP (6+ years). * Used various device and host messages emulators for simulated testing, including but not limited to ATMulator, FASTest, Integry, and Member Host Emulation - MHE (8+ years). * BASE24-eps functional testing, and Desktop (UI) usage for BASE24-eps configuration (8+ years). * Actively participated in IFX ATM/POS Working Group and Architecture Committee as ACI's technical representative (7+ years). * Onsite technical support to ACI's customers for BASE24atm, BASE24pos, BASE24- teller, and other products (3+ years). * Member of the team that designed and developed the internal programming interfaces to the new Tandem Print Spooler, using TAL and COBOL programming languages (2+ years). * Used MS Project to keep track of the project development cycles (4+ years). * Extensively used MS Word, Excel, and Power Point to document and review various steps of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the software design/development and testing (25+ years).
