SUMMARY * Over 20 years of professional experience in Information Technology with software design and development for online transaction processing on Tandem Fault-tolerant and IBM mainframe, including leading, mentoring, supporting responsibilities. This also includes creating and reviewing detailed functional and technical documentations of the design, development, and test plans. * Over 9 years of professional experience in software quality assurance testing, including UAT, Regression, System, Integration, Defect Management, and test automation including leading, and mentoring responsibilities. * Over 9 years of professional experience of creating and reviewing test plans, detailed test cases/scripts for online transaction processing of payments processing on Tandem Fault-tolerant and mainframe systems for our financial institutions customers (at ACI, MasterCard, and JP Morgan Chase), including creating and reviewing detailed functional and technical documentations. * ASTQB Certified Tester of both Foundation Level and Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) - Quality Assurance (QA) Testing/Analysis. * QA testing efforts mostly in manual and UAT testing, but some automated UI testing with QTP, as well. * QA testing mostly involves the Water Fall method, but got Agile training, including a three-day Agile boot-camp training. * Knowledge of Golden Gate tool for test data generation and replication. * Certification testing with various hardware vendors, like IBM, NCR, Diebold, Verifone, etc. And, financial transactions interchanges, like MasterCard (MDS and BankNet), Star, Interact, etc. * Proficient use of ISO messages (both 1987 and 1993 formats), XML messages for data transportation. * Over 12 years of professional experience with SQL, including both stand-alone SQLCI (Command Interpreter) and SQL commands embedded in TAL and COBOL programs. * In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies and process improvement (20+ years). * BASE24-atm, BASE24-pos, and BASE24-teller, including EMV support for design, development, and testing (17+ years). * Development and testing of BASE24-eps on multiple systems/platforms, including Tandem Non-stop and Guardian, and IBM mainframe (AIX and Z-series).
