This included all Infrastructure works, Reverse Osmosis plants, Electrical Generation, Sewage Treatment and management of the Maintenance teams, all disciplines. In which I was able to stop set up a comprehensive preventative program that stop the properties from having any down time. Which caused us to achieve nine percent (9%) increase in occupancy during my tenure. From 1994 - 1998, Deryck holds the position of Project Manager for all three Renew Caribbean sister companies, Renew Energy, Renew Waste and Renew Water. His responsibilities include, all MEP works, Sewage Treatment works and Infrastructure works, Technical Services, Design and Troubleshooting rom 19998 - 2001. I also worked at Cable& Wireless as a technical supervisor/Manager in the constructing of the Fiber and copper networks, and they maintenance. From 2001 - 2010. S K I L L S A N D E X P E R I E N C E In 2010 was chief project manager for the Barbados government on the Restoration of the main hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, which was completed in 2012. In 2012 I was the Engineer/Project Manager for the building from start to finished for the Barbados Government of the St. Joseph Hospital in Barbados until the competition in 2014. And at present I am The Project Manager at Victor Vector Ltd.And I am also doing consultant work for the Barbados Government and Renew Caribbean Companies.
