Throughout my career, I have maintained primary responsibility for the online social presence and reputation of TSYS, as well as its direction to ensure it aligns with corporate strategy and brand presence, as well as negotiating with major financial institutions and retailers regarding service levels and contractual agreements. I served as a fearless implementer of new technologies and processes to ensure satisfaction for clients and for team members, implementing major processes and reaching individuals simultaneously. I'm known for my attention to detail and analytical skills, but I find that identifying trends and larger opportunities that can change the future of an organization the most tantalizing projects. I'm never satisfied with the status quo and look for improvements constantly, as the world is ever changing.
