Among other services, processing the monthly payment of circa 32 million pension benefits and managing the National Social Information Database (CNIS), which is composed of 26.6 billion cadastral and labor information of the Brazilian citizen. IT Services Manager (2015 - Present) Current challenges: o Part of the team to define IT Director Plan 2018 - 2020 o Directly responsible for 3 objectives in the 2017 Strategic Plan (Consolidate the technical management of computer resources, migrate the management system for internal IT services to the cloud, and implement a dashboard to monitor IT services) The most relevant results: o Implemented ITSM tools - CA Service Desk Manager (Computer Associate) o Improved the ERP implemented in 2011, migrating the Solution into the Cloud without any functionality downtime. I acted as PMO Analyst Manager to guarantee that the delivery was in compliance with the contract. o Integrated internal and providers' ITSM processes to guarantee SLAs to different kind of contracts in Cloud, and hardware and software maintenance IT Solutions Manager (2007 - 2014) o Analyzed legacy information and AS-IS processes, interpreted client requirements and defined the Solutions with TO-BE processes. Those Solutions that I implemented as well brought mobility to our employees, low-impact upgrades, and scalability with no services interruption. Relevant implementation: * Infrastructure Solution - Unified Communication This solution had been developed in partnership between PromonLogicalis and Cisco, which included 1 Telepresence, 65 videoconferences, and 3,236 IP Phones, Contact Center, and collaboration tools. All solution components were interconnected logically, allowing interaction between all platforms. As a service, this project covered nearly the entire Brazilian territory (23 states), bringing to the company 80% reduction in travels, and saved a huge amount in an acquisition and operational costs. * Business Solution - ERP (PROTHEUS, TOTVS product) in 8 months, which was considered best practices of the market and successful business case. This solution substantially reduced the aggregate data entry, bringing more reliable information, workflows, and processes integrated into one system, improving the Company management and promoting the balance between human resource and their activities, which brought significant productivity gains. As an illustration, during the budget process of the company, there was an indication that the number of work hours used in process review would have had a 93% reduction. * Software as a Services - SaaS - Audit System in Cloud delivered effective internal audit process, allowing the improvement of the internal controls duly adhering to the current legislation and in compliance with determinations and recommendations of the internal and external Controls Units. Juridical System in Cloud provided agility in the management of judicial, administrative and extrajudicial processes with interoperability with all courts of all instances of the Country and allows management reports and control of legal fees, control of advisory activities, and notifications. o Designed and implemented an organizational structure to support the strategy to dedicate a team to focus on the client demands and other to focus on internal demands. Innovated the organizational infrastructure approach, developing an Internal IT area under CFO not CTO as usual. This innovation brought agility to budget allocation and fast decision-making. o Deployed Project management Tool (Clarity, CA product) used for more than 2000 employees and integrated PMBOK and CMMI frameworks o Deployed QlikView data discovery solution and developed Executive Dashboard to agile CFO decision-making. IT Board Advisor (2000 - 2006) o Managed the Social Security's Improvement Attendance Program. This Program was a watershed to offer social security services and because of the impact on the Brazilian society, the Social Security Minister in person made a checkpoint with me to know exactly the status of the program. As a result, there were 1,164 Social Security Agencies created to offer several social security services in one place. These agencies included the PREVFone, which offered social security services by phone, 3 PREVBarco, which offered social security services in a boat, 71 PREVMóvel, which offered social security services by automobile, and 1,018 PREVFácil, which offered Social Security Services by ATMs. o Designed, implemented and coordinated the IT PMO establishing and standardizing methodologies, and framework for multiple programs, across all areas of IT, including IT Infrastructure and Operations. Provided leadership to the Program and Project Managers to execute projects and promote high-performance culture across the entire IT team o Strategic Planning Coordinator and part of the IT Committee Telecommunication Manager (1989 - 2000) o Coordinated Homologation, Acceptance, Installation and Disposal of software and hardware of all Rio de Janeiro Social Security Agencies and all Dataprev branch over Brazil o Designed, implemented and supported LANs and WANs (1230 circuits and 9 antennas in 1200 different addresses).
