Professional Summary: * Over 5 years of experience in Information Technology with emphasis on Project Coordination, Quality Assurance, Manual Testing and Automation. * Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC with thorough understanding of all phases from Requirements gathering to Design, Development and Testing. * Experience coordinating projects between onshore and offshore development teams by identifying the requirements. * Experience preparing project proposals, timeframes and schedules. Monitoring and track project progress and handle issues that arise with Project Managers. * Extensive work experience and expertise in writing test plans, test cases, System testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, Accessibility testing of Client/Server and Web-Based applications. * Expertise in QA Methodologies, Test Strategies and Test Metrics * Experience in Designing and executing the automation scripts using Selenium. * Experience on Selenium IDE and creating Scripts in selenium Webdriver by using Java. * Experience in analyzing the User/Business Requirements and Functional specifications documents and creating test plans, test scenarios, test scripts based on requirements. * Experience in Black Box testing i.e. totally based/focused on the testing for requirements and functionality of the software application. * Manually conducted Functionality, GUI testing, browser compatibility, performance tests during various phases of the development of the application. * Hands on experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and experience in Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) Models. * Well versed with complete process in executing the Test Scripts and Bug Reports. * Experience developing and testing BI reports using IBM Cognos BI and SAP Business Objects. * Experience in Database Testing using SQL queries on RDBMS databases like Oracle and SQL Server. * Able to analyze complex business rules and specifications, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills working closely with development, product management, business representatives, customers and technical support teams to ensure that the quality objectives of all projects are met. * Strong estimation skills and committed to making deadlines and excellent verbal, written, inter personal communication skills. * Experience in meeting with Business Analysts and Development teams to clarify requirements, provide Application testing status and bug report status updates. * Experience working with offshore teams. * Strong verbal and written communication skills along with ability to interact with the customers/users. * Worked on change management, release management and capacity management. * Worked on multiple projects/assignments concurrently under aggressive deadlines. * Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
