CAREER HIGHLIGHTS * Created new case management model for Banner Health redesigning healthcare delivery across continuum of care. Key player in defining care coordination model to best provide and deliver case management services to support patient care from hospital setting to post-acute care setting. * Developed department within hospital to incorporate multiple support services / departments including 24/7 RN House Supervisor service, RN, and support services supplemental staffing, staffing / patient placement services, and in-hospital patient transport services. * Assumed interim position as Chief Nursing Officer for 7-months directing 800 RNs and Ancillary staff. Created Facility Ethics Committee. Taught communications classes for health system 4 consecutive years. * Established culture of inclusion and trust incorporating years of beside RN clinical care across numerous specialized services within 300-bed hospital to ensure safety of patients, staff, visitors, and building during 12 - hour night shift.
