QUALIFICATION SUMMARY Utilized prior crop protection and seed expertise to successfully drive sales in the Orrick Farm Service area as well as a ten-county central Illinois sales area while with DuPont. Leveraged my agronomic experiences to improve team productivity, build relationships with large growers, Pioneer business partners, and retail salespeople. HIGHLIGHTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Maintained and grew pesticide sales w/in first six months at Orrick Farm Service while gaining grower and employee confidence as a solid technical leader and agronomist. * Achieved $1.7MM in DuPont Crop Protection gross sales w/in 1st yr of newly established territory. * Successfully positioned and implemented end-user Early Pay Savings Program to secure $1.5MM in grower funds during 2015 - 2016 program year. * Successfully developed and implemented a Weed Management culture within GROWMARK based on understanding and utilizing multiple herbicide Modes-of-Action and Sites-of-Action to achieve maximum product performance. New weed management direction resulted in a 158% increase in soybean residual herbicide market share in 5 years within the GROWMARK system.
