As Vice President, I excel at devising solutions to complex global logistics and regulatory compliance issues with the aim of delivering an exceptional experience for our valued customers. I work closely with suppliers, certified labs, and government agencies to expedite product imports and exports while exceeding quality expectations. I believe that accelerating sales growth in a competitive market requires a constant drive to innovate and do more with less. Over the course of my career, I am proud to have played an integral role both in overhauling organizations’ struggling customer service operations and launching new ones. I have built strong partnerships, managed vendor relationships, and increased efficiency while reducing costs. I built and currently manage the team at our China-based office, in addition to our U.S.-based teams in Customer Logistics, Consumer Services, Compliance, QA/QC, Engineering, and Imports/Exports. Known by colleagues and senior leadership for my get-it-done attitude and hands-on approach, I am passionate about instilling this mindset in our staff and creating an atmosphere that rewards performance excellence and customer focus.
