PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY * Over 5+ years of experience in providing Network Design, Installation, Analysis and Support for LAN, WAN, and Wireless Access services. * Expert in Configuring and maintaining Wireless Networks including but not limited to the Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points, RAPs, Authentication platforms, Certificates, and supporting network infrastructure. * Extensive Wi-Fi Testing Experience latest features like BAND STEERING, AIR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT, SU - MIMO, MU - MIMO, Rate vs Range, Rate vs Orientation. * Strong working knowledge of Cisco wireless controllers (WLCs), Cisco 1500, 3802, 3702, 3602 and 2600 APs, 4400, 5508 and 5520 WLCs, Cisco PI. * Experience in wireless RF site surveys and RF spectrum analysis, documenting results, and provide recommendations on optimization and performance improvements. * Experience using Spectrum Analyser like Chanlyser Wi-Spy and Air magnet. * Hands on experience on using network monitoring tools like SCOUT and HPNA. * Hands on experience on using auto testing tools liken HP ALM and Jira Ticketing Tool. * Implementation and validation of Layer-2 technologies and protocols including VLANs (.1Q ), VTP, Link Aggregation (PAgp, LACP), STP, RSTP and PVSTP. * Testing and validating prevention of Layer 2 attacks like VLAN hopping, MAC flooding and DHCP Snooping. * Testing and validation of Layer-3 security using IPSEC tunneling, Access Lists, NAT, PAT. * Proficient in validation and troubleshooting of the BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP and Static Routing. * Solid knowledge of DHCP, PPP, Frame Relay, ATM technologies. * Strong working knowledge with 3945, 3925, 2951, 2921, 1805 Cisco routers and 6500-E/6500, 4500E, 3750X, 3560X, 2960G, 2950 Cisco Switches. * Experience in establishing test beds and platforms for test execution including Cisco IOS, Windows Servers, OS & LINUX OS * In-depth knowledge of using and understanding network-sniffing tools like TCP Dump, Wireshark, NMAP, Zenmap, Nessus. * In-depth knowledge with 7 layers of OSI and the TCP & UDP protocol standards. * Expert in Cisco Routing & Switching. * Process good problem analysis skills with ability to follow project standards. * Proficient oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with operations and other technical groups for training, troubleshooting and problem resolution closure, as well as keeping network documentation current.
