SKILLS SUMMARY: * Proven leadership and management abilities combined with analytical, organizational and communication skills. * Able to works independently and manage multiple dispersed teams. * Several years of medical services experience with continual progression in responsibilities. * Demographic research of area population for Medical Centers expansion. * Lease contract review and negotiation with landlords. * Complete medical centers build out - architectural, licensing, permits and negotiation with General Contractors and sub- contractors and to obtain all necessary licenses to operate a Medical Center Model (AHCA, Certificate of Occupancy, Biomedical Waste and City Permits.) * Recruitment of physicians and operational staff. * To assist in developing and implementing physicians and staff developmental plans. * To create and develop all compliance, training and education, policies and procedures. * Implementation of efficient and effective management programs. * Purchasing and implementation of EMR and PMR systems. * To work closely with providers and MRA Team to ensure organizational profitability. * Creation of budget for all centers (5-year plan). * To ensure that each center meets and/or exceeds their financial targets. * Responsible for volume growth initiatives and performance metrics. * Implementing processes for tracking of quality initiatives. * Work effectively with sales and marketing to enhance our growth initiatives. * Proven leadership and management abilities. * Analytical, organizational and communication skills. * * * *
