Description
Summary: * Design, installation, configuration, implementation, integration and support of data center network, include Active Directory administration and Exchange server administration. * Supported production environments including Windows server 2008 - 2012, AD and other core Windows infrastructure components, AWS, administration of Exchange 2013 with PowerShell scripting, Hyper-V, Provided level III technical support for network operation. * Responsible for design, installation, configuration, implementation, integration and support of LAN/WAN. * Supported medical web application for staff and made all of documentations for staff. Coordinated web-based application and performance monitoring. * Implemented web server and database server, monitoring network performance with Solar Winds, prepared network performance and capacity reports to management team. * Designed, deployed and administered physical and virtualized servers, implemented standard hardware and software configurations for desktops and laptops, provided technical support for users. * Responsible for network administration within active directory, include security, integrity, and troubleshooting as well as monitoring for potential issues and concerns. Administration and maintenance of Exchange and SQL servers' database. * Installed and configured of network servers ensure servers patches are tested and rolled out to all users.
