Description
I understand the full life-cycle of the consulting business. I have experience recruiting both IT consultants and contractors - W2's, Corp-to-Corps, & FTE candidates. I directly and indirectly collect job descriptions from client managers and my direct supervisors to post on various job boards. I possess exceptional networking skills and the ability to source candidates directly or through vendor partners. As part of my recruitment process, I assess potential candidates as per client requirement. This includes assessing their skills, education, experience and competency. Negotiating compensation with candidates, extending offers and facilitating the placement of the candidates is the next step in the process. The final steps are conducting the background check, drug testing and onboarding the candidate at the client site.
