COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern: I have worked in the collection industry for the past seventeen years with office responsibility for the past five. I am comfortable working with set goals and understand the drive needed to impact performance. I am currently looking for a credit / collections / customer service / call center management role in the Tulsa area or a similar remote opportunity. I bring a vast knowledge of collection / call center practices, regulatory requirements and analytics strategy aimed at maximizing recovery results while maintaining a customer first approach.
