COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern: I have worked in the collection industry for the past seventeen years with office responsibility for the past five. I am comfortable working with set goals and understand the drive needed to impact performance. I am currently looking for a credit / collections / customer service / call center management role in the Tulsa area or a similar remote opportunity. I bring a vast knowledge of collection / call center practices, regulatory requirements and analytics strategy aimed at maximizing recovery results while maintaining a customer first approach. This is critical because it allows for the collection of debt while keeping organic growth and potential future orders viable. My experience managing direct reports and contributory profit gives me the insight to understand the importance of tying agent goal setting, training and motivation with organizational needs in order to impact company success through individual agent and team achievement.
