SUMMARY OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS * ACCREDITATION & REGULATIONS: Ensured that the RN, LPN and nursing assistant programs were in full compliance with IDFPR, IDPH, HLC, and NLNAC for a community college obtained a five year initial NLNCA accreditation for an AD nursing program. * Designed innovative national continuing education conferences to meet Joint Commission standards, OSHA, HHS, American Red Cross, and other government regulatory agencies. * ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD: Facilitated change within university healthcare systems including developing work teams trained staff and physicians on EPIC, EMR. * CASE MANAGEMENT/UR: Performed UR and case management for university medical center, managed care, and insurance companies. Re-designed workers compensation program systems n registration and medical record for university ambulatory care center with physicians and developed marketing strategies which increased caseload of patients. * EDUCATION/FACULTY: ADN/BSN faculty in fundamentals, community health and mental health nursing courses taught on-line Health Care EMR for Health Care, and numerous national continuing education programs and workshops for college campus faculty.
