Professional Summary: During thirty years of customer service/ financial service in banking, has developed in me a passion for caring for people. As a Customer service representative in the financial arena, I've had the pleasure of assisting members with increasing their financial portfolios, improving their credit score and educating them on opportunities that would put them in a better position financially. In my roll of Branch manager the focus was developing staff on quality customer service, accuracy/efficiency and achievement of organizational goals. One of my achievements was mentoring three staff members to becoming Branch managers. With multiple hats worn as a manager it required me to be organized and able to work well under pressure. Professionalism and integrity is what I pride myself in. It's important to me to gain trust and loyalty from people I provide a service to.
