Supports assigned dealerships' Parts & Service Operations to achieve district's sales objectives for parts service and wholesale sales targets. * Assesses parts and service operations through routine contact and site visits. * Identifies areas of improvement and convinces dealership P&S management to make improvements. * Helps identify best in class dealerships' practices and recommends incorporation into programs and policies. * Monitors parts inventories and understands dealership tracking systems. Monitors and guides aftersales programs and initiatives supporting Fixed Operations Managers (FOM) to meet and exceed the $377M parts and accessories sales objectives. * Ensures consistent implementation of major customer-focused processes promotional roll-outs and other initiates. * Provides training and follow-up to assist FOM with challenging performance issues. * Tracks sales against objectives and formulates action plans to address gaps. * Assists with strategies to expand and exceed aftersales revenue providing feedback and input on new or existing initiatives and programs. Drive vehicle wholesale objectives through effective retail operations consulting. * Supports assigned dealerships' sales operations to achieve new vehicle sales objectives. * Works with dealership management to identify deficient areas throughout the dealership and develops processes for improvement.
