and Responsibilities included installing and set-up of QuickBooks Pro, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable reconciliations, Trust Account reconciliations, coordinate with the outside accounting firm for the closing of 2011 and the posting of all transactions for the periods of in Spain. The reconciliations included both US dollar and Euro accounts. Also reconciled all Paid per Bank (PPB) transactions. * Recorded all major transactions for the two solar plants. This included land purchases letters of credit and all fees paid to the various lenders and the Department of Energy. * Prepared projected cash expenditures reports for Abengoa Solar that were reported to the corporate office in Spain. The reports included expenditures for the construction of the two solar plants as well as expenditures for general operating costs. * Reconciled the monthly payroll upload from Automatic Data Processing to SAP. This also included reconciling the 401K plan. * Reviewed and analyzed all general ledger accounts on a monthly basis. * Managed two software conversions that consisted of converting from Simply software to BaaN/SICOP and then from BaaN/SICOP to SAP. Also acted as liaison between the SAP software engineers and Abengoa Solar Inc
