Summary * 7+ years of experience in Relational Database Administration (RDBMS), Design Development and Support of MS SQL Server 2014/2012/2008R2/2008/2005 in Production, Test, Development and Cluster Server Environments. * 7+ Experience in MS SQL Server Installation, Configuration, Upgrading of Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2008R2/2008/2005. * Extensive experience of performing all database servers are backed up in a way that meets the business's Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) * Solid knowledge of Testing backups to ensure I can meet the business' Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) * Strong experience in Database administration activities for DB Security (creating logins, users, roles, and assigning permission to them). * Solid experience and knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery solutions including Mirroring, Log shipping, Replication and AlwaysOn Failover Cluster Instance (FCI) and AlwaysOn Availability Groups. * Implemented the new SQL Server 2012 mechanisms like data compression, online indexing, Contained Databases, and security principals. * Experienced in using DMV and dynamic management functions for finding out long running queries. * Expert in Database Administration on Production Servers performance tuning and maintenance with great troubleshooting capabilities. * Experience in T-SQL Programming in writing Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers. * 5+ years extensive use of Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) SQL Server Agent Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). * Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, presentation, analytical and communication skills * Provide 24/7 technical support and monitoring.
