SUMMARY Mr. Goeringer has more than 40 years experience including Project Management, Project Controls, Project Controls Supervision and Information Management. He has demonstrated technical skills and capabilities in project management, project control, scheduling, cost engineering, cost estimating, risk management, performance measurement, and earned value management. His work encompasses the engineering, construction, startup, operations, and decommissioning of a broad range of complex projects in: commercial electric power, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, NASA, and international industries. Mr. Goeringer has experience with consulting, implementing, training, and mentoring in the effective use of Primavera products and Earned Value Management to successfully manage and control projects.
