PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: * Over Eight years of experience in Quality Assurance professional field. * Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Waterfall, Agile Methodology, RUP having an understanding of various phases of Requirement, Analysis /Design, Deployment, and Testing. * Very well versed with quality assurance techniques for client-server and web-based applications, in different industries including Health IT, CRM, and Financial/Banking. * Developed and executed test cases, manual and automated. * Involved in all STLC phases. * Experienced at defining the test process identify the risk, test stage definition, methods (inspection, review, dynamic) and baseline acceptance criteria, and deliverables. * Gap Analysis, understanding of the cross-functional process, understanding of the business operation and process development methodologies. * Experience in testing with SQL PL/SQL scripts. * Documented test results and software features being tested to ensure the highest quality results. * Great experience with backend testing utilizing complex SQL statements.
