I served as the Procurement Quality Assurance management representative to the United Space Alliance Supply Chain Management Council. I have had direct responsibility to develop and maintain supplier management applications, data systems, policies and procedures and tools (audit, approval, process validation and certification, surveillance, product acceptance, failure analysis and corrective/preventive action). * I have demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead the resolution of supply chain quality issues with suppliers, programs, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing. I have a strong working knowledge of industry recognized quality standards and management systems and the development of performance-based metrics. * I have demonstrated experience with continuous improvement processes including several Lean Six Sigma projects (project details available on request). I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and Associates in Quality Technology. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Minitab, Visio, Visual FAIR, Net-Inspect, Discus, SAP, TIPQA, REASON root cause analysis applications, risk assessment/risk management. * Certified IPC Specialist: IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
