Extensive knowledge in handling: Coal, Petroleum Coke, Iron Ore (Briquettes & Pellets), Polyethylene Pellets Pneumatic Truck and Rail Car Loading and Unloading, ROM Bauxite, Alumina, and Gold Mine ROM, at open pit mines and Port Facilities. Director of steel fabrication shops, including expertise in the areas of design, manufacturing and operations strong experience in the fields of production planning & control, safety, project estimating & bidding, quality control and procurement processes. Experience includes services for the infrastructure, hydrocarbons, minerals, metals & chemicals industry sectors providing complete solutions for transportation & logistics, including material handling projects with major oil and gas, refining, Chemical and Petrochemical, Power Plants and Mining facilities. Additional experience as a Mechanical Engineering Lead on Projects related to COKE handling for Refineries, Coal Handling for Mining facilities, Catalyst Plants, and Polyethylene Pellets for Chemical Plants. Initially hired by Orinoco Mining Co. (US Steel subsidiary) worked as the General Superintendent and Manager of a direct A support team to JACOBS Engineering Mexico City, MEXICO. The Project is to be built at UFA, Russian Federation. The Project consists of two production lines 250 / 300 KTA (750 TPD / 1050 TPD) Capacity of Polyester Terephthalate (PTE) Pellets. Lead Mechanical Engineer, Indorama-IHR PTA 600 KTA Expansion Project. This is a support team to Jacobs responsibility is the development of a technical Package of a Pressure Rotary Filter and Engineered a complete Main Air Compressor Package consisting of an Integral Geared Case Horizontally split Four Stages specially designed to integrate the Driving Bull Gear the Pinions for the four Stages and the Off Gas Expander-GVT-Vertical Split. The complete Integrated Compressor is driven by a 15,000 HP steam Turbine and a Motor Generator unit for driving and power generation of the MAC.
