Career Summary * Overall 5 years of professional experience in planning and production (manufacturing). * Good comprehensive knowledge in logistic supply chain management as well. * Planning and monitoring the materials and products produced by company. * Prepare machine production plan on the basis of forecast. * Prepare/feed material requirement plan in ERP system. * Run and maintain MRP, MDS, MPS in ERP system. * Analyze ECN's (Engineering Change Notices) impact to operations including material in stock, work in process, and work outsourced to suppliers. Experienced with CAD software like Solid works, Auto Cad. * Blue print & complex Engineering Drawing reading ability. * Review and analysis of monthly inventory report for status of inventories in terms of value. Find out nonmoving, slow moving, obsolete parts from list and define action to reduce or consumption of these items. * Determine manpower, equipment and Consumable materials needed to cover production demand. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. * Experienced in TPM & six Sigma Methodology. * Generate manufacturing assembly documentation and provide direct support of personnel in the day-to-day execution of the manufacturing, inspection and test operations.
