Experience-Department of the Army Equipment Records and Parts Supervisor, Fort Riley, Kansas 2014 - 2017 * Performed duties as the Equipment Supervisor in the agency with a worldwide contingency mission to support an organization consisting of 475 personnel. * Responsible for management functions to sustain equipment and parts. * Maintained equipment records, accounts from inventories worth $33m dollars. * Conducted daily logistical runs, turned in and picked up all repair parts for three fleets totaling over 129 pieces of equipment. * Supervised the training and development of 38 employees. * Improved management and productivity by 33 percent. Equipment Records and Parts Specialist, Fort Bragg/Balad, Iraq 2008 - 2011 * Served as an Equipment Records and Parts Specialist for an agency motor pool consisting of 148 personnel. * Oversaw the material readiness process of construction and ground support equipment by maintaining repair part list of $16m, and 209 lines. * Maintained records of $150k and 165 lines of repair parts, updated records daily, and tracked and ordered to customers. * Saved the organization $500k by turning in serviceable equipment. * Supervised the training and development of Nuclear, Biological, Chemical warfare skills to 148 subordinates. Material Management Supervisor, Fort Bliss, Texas/Mosul, Iraq 2006 - 2008 * Served as a Material Management Supervisor overseeing different classes of supply including: clothing equipment, petroleum & oil, construction material, ammunition, personal demand items, major end items, medical, and repair parts. * Responsible for the training and development of 7 soldiers. * Responsible for the maintenance of 4 vehicles and 1 Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS) valued at over $220k. * Served over 110 customers and processed over 15k receipts of documentation and maintained a 98 percentage of readiness rating for all automated data processing.
