PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: * Having Nine years of experience as a QA Analyst/Tester performing both Manual and Automated testing of applications in the Client Server and Internet/Intranet environment. * Experience at Finance, Health Care, Insurance, eCommerce and Payroll domain. * Experience with Iterative Software Development Practices and Project Management Life Cycle. * Excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Experience in testing on UNIX LINUX and WINDOWS NT/98/2000/XP/7 Operating Systems. * Interacted with application Developers, Users, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to review the requirement specifications. * Strong in analyzing of Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents. * Involved in Functional, Regression, System testing using Manual and Automated testing tools like Quick Test Professional. * Extensive Knowledge in writing Test Scripts using VBScript in QTP. * Involved in Smoke, User Acceptance, Build Acceptance and Sanity testing. * Expertise in developing and executing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts using HP's Quality Center (ALM) and Microsoft Test Manager (MTM). * Experience in tracking bugs in Microsoft Visual Studio using Team Foundation Server (TFS). * Experience in Backend Testing of applications by creating SQL queries and executing them. * Strong Knowledge on ETL to test the data through Reports. * Experience in testing in different browsers IE8, IE9, Firefox and Chrome. * Excellent communication and interpretation skills enabling effective interaction with project sponsors, developers and business users. * Extensive Experience in Web browser testing, Database Testing. * Ability to learn and adopt new technologies faster and apply it at work place. * Good Skills in Documentation of Test cases and Test results and Experience in creating tickets in JIRA * Experience with Waterfall, Agile methodologies and Scrum model. * Experience on EDI Transactions. * Extensive knowledge in SELENIUM with OOPS Java concepts using Eclipse * Excellent problem solving skills with a strong technical background and good interpersonal skills. * Experience in SOAP UI/REST ful services and API Management Tool from Azure * Possess an ability to understand the customer's point of view, a strong desire for quality. * Enthusiastic and ability to learn new skills and Technologies.
