Description
of this project is to handle any requests for changes in services provided to the end user. Project Description: This interface handles request from subscriber of prepaid connection for any addition or deletion in services for the order across systems. Such requests include change in rate plans as well. Transaction is initiated via request from CRM or SMS based in form of XML. Request XML is first checked for any missing or blank fields which are mandatory in downstream systems. Once XML passes through initial checks, it sent to billing system according to type of requests. If requests is for rate plan change then parameters for old and new current plans are sent though in case of addition/deletion of any particular service, parameters pertaining to that services are provided for further processing. Same practice is done for the provisioning system, so as to reflect changes for that particular number on network as well. Successful completion is updated to CRM and user is notified via SMS. However in case of failure, CRM is updated with failure message and transaction is logged in database along with point of failure. Siebel adapters are used for receiving request from CRM and SOAP is used for receiving request via SMS. Role and Responsibilities: * Development of interface among different applications using TIBCO BW. * Performed testing using SOAP UI 3.5 * Providing support and analyzing results in SIT, UAT and performance testing. * Deployment of application on production servers with load balancing mode.
