SUMMARY: Peter has been a Senior S/4 HANA Architect designing FI, OTC/SD, PS and SAP Team Lead position as part of TCS SAP Service Delivery organization. He focused on implementation and support activities of the SAP ECC 6.0 business suite on S/4 HANA supporting TCS COE. He has experience in SAP FICO Team Lead with Hand on in-depth knowledge of accounting-trained at Arthur Andersen and experience in ECC and S/4 HANA FI and CO functions: finance including GL, AP, AR, CO - PA, CCA, IM, PR, and integration to SD, MM, PP and Project Systems (PS). As SAP Team Lead at TCS, he manages the SAP FICO team and interacts with the functional unit process owners in order to identify, define, document and configure / process solutions in SAP S/4 HANA. As support to TCS COE he has to work in a fast paced team local and outsource effectively. Peter is a SAP PartnerEdge member in S/4 FI consultant that support v1709 conversion from ERP 6 on Oracle at client Briggs&Stratton, has 1709 experience at Tata Consultancy Services. * Review the simplification list items with Clients's resources * Guide clients through S/4 conversion and assist in error resolution * Assist with resolving errors * Assist with resolving errors for standard SAP transactional issues * Assist with educating clients' team new functionality, assist in configuration steps, issue resolution * Assis with Conversion prep activities, perform conversion and post conversion activities + build 1709 conversion cookbook for Global Template that will be roll out as local templates with minimum interruption. TCS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following - 1. experience in 5 Full Life Cycle ECC and 2 SAP S/4 HANA: 2. 5 ECC Full Cycles 3. 1 SAP S/4 HANA RDS - Rapid deployment at WME/IMG and 4. 1 SAP S/4 HANA GreenField at SONY PE version 1709 from 1610. 5. Provides functional direction / management to the project team locally and support I India., Interfaces with functional process SME to define the business processes and requirements that will be enabled by SAP, Manages the team's deliverables to the project schedule. Identifies critical project solutions and escalates issues to program management. Interfaces with external consultants for third level support as necessary to deliver service to the business. Works with cross-functional groups in the program to identify and develop solutions to business issues and opportunities in their area of expertise. Defines functional / technical requirements for change requests and interfaces with the development team for completion. Supports the development of training materials and documentation, as well as provides training sessions as required. Participates in the process integration and user acceptance testing (to include role testing). Supports SAP upgrades and testing. Supports and helps develop power users in the business. Possesses the ability to organize activities, set priorities and handle multiple tasks. Proposes team structure and candidates for the project team members. Supports needed audit and compliance efforts. Followed by SAP S/4 HANA and new SAP modules through SAP Partner Edge. 6. Hands On experience SAP configuration experience in the following areas: -Finance Accounting, -General Ledger, -Accounts payable - Account receivable-Profit Center Accounting -Cost Center Accounting -Internal orders-Product Costing-Material ledger-Integration of FI to other enterprise modules-General Master Data Management- Harmonized, Simplify of Master Data and SAP standard business processes to meet SAP S/4 HANA Architecture.
