SUMMARY: * Experienced in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Waterfall, Agile and RUP methodology. * Plan Design, Build and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks (Data-Driven, Keyword, Hybrid). * Extensive experience with Automation tools lilke, QTP, UFT, Selenium etc. * Expert on HP QTP Automation using VBScript and Descriptive Programming and executing automated Test Scripts, Tracking Defects and interacted with the development team in correcting the defects. * Have strong knowledge of PL/SQL, developing database queries for Back-end Testing, in-depth knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server, resolved database performance issues. * Extensive experience of different phases of testing: Functional, Smoke, Regression, Integration, Blackbox, System, Conformance, User Acceptance (UAT) to test specific program functions and testing of entire application and interfaces. * Have actively worked on Accessibility Testing using both Section 508 (government requirement) and WCAG 2.0 Level AA (private sector) using JAWS. * Extensive experience in creating various types of documents: Test Plan, Test Case, Test Script, Test Matrix and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) for software applications in multiple project. * Saved remarkable time and cost of testing by automation using Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber, Ruby. * Expertise in using test management tools like Quality Center, ALM, RQM and Bugzilla for bug reporting and defect tracking. * Expertise in writing test scripts using Selenium Web Driver. * Have knowledge of evaluating test results from business perspective and identified application deficiencies (incidents) and documented through incident tracking tool. * Extensive experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle stressful situations and have strong analytical problem-solving, written communication, organizational skills and attention to detail. * Can perform Independent verification and validation (IV&V) using simulation. * Ability to analyze test results and to maintain the documentation of test results. * Expertise in Web service testing using SoapUI and testing using message queues (JMS), in SoapUI or any supporting tool. * Have knowledge on XPath and XQuery languages and used them in various assertions in SoapUI for API testing. * Expert at performing Database Testing of back-end tables and data manipulation using SQL. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Strong active listening, facilitation and presentation skills, self-motivated, quick learner, detail oriented, time bound, responsible, team player and ability to coordinate in a team environment.
