* Human Resources consulting services working with Non-Profit agencies and NGO's including the Pan American Development Foundation and National Association for the Education of Young Children * Designed files management system and maintained office and employees files. * Staffs leave record and supervised daily office operations. * Management of the organization's Human resources functions including oversight of payroll recruitment benefits administration employee performance review process FMLA retirement 403 (b) administration COBRA administration management training and employee relations. Responsible for the development and implementation of organization policies and procedures including developing and revising the employee handbook selection of Human Resources Information System the oversight and development of the school's operations budget.
