SUMMARY * 11 Years of experience in System Administration on Linux, VMware, Wintel platforms involving Installation, Support, Configuration and Maintenance of operating systems under heterogeneous. * Experience in System Administration, Troubleshooting, Security, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Performance Monitoring and Fine-tuning on Windows Servers. Root cause analysis and diagnosing issues during installing, configuring and deployment of different hardware, OS, and applications. * Experience in Installation, Support, Configuration and Maintenance of RHEL 6.x, 7.x operating systems. * Experience in installation, configuring and supporting of VMware vSphere 5.x and 6.x infrastructures with Vcenter management, DRS, HA, DPM, vMotion and VDI infrastructures management. * Experience in configuring the EC2 Instances and hands-on experience in setting up the infrastructure of AWS. * Hands on experience with EC2, Cloud Watch, Auto scaling. * Experience with creating custom users and groups on an IAM console. * Worked on operational support activities to ensure availability of customer websites hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure using Virtual private cloud (VPC) and public cloud. * Experience on DevOps activities such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and on the required tools Jenkins, Chef and Ansible. * Liaising with the system vendors and clients to provide technical support where customer services and technical skills are demanded as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and the client community.
