Summary 1992 through 2010 continued * Obtained a year of med/ surgical inpatient experience in Florence, OR, with Peace Health, recruited to their Hospice Case Management position, leading to over eight years in hospice and home health. These hospice roles also included: Float RN, After Hours Admission RN, incl. hospice consults. * As Health Services Director of Regent Court, Corvallis, a 48 - bed Memory Care facility, I coordinated with community health professionals, provided education, delegated tasks to Medication Aids, supported and educated the families of our residents. My Long-term Care experience spans two years.
