Summary & Goal I am a unique blend of creative thinking (affirmed by peers and management) and analytical based decision and evaluation (B.S. in physics). I'm motivated to help people succeed by developing their core competencies and focusing on business goals. For 20+ years, I have use my skills to increase sales, customer service and improve job performance. I have worked with all levels of leadership at every stage of the talent management process: needs analysis, design, delivery and measuring effectiveness. Mastery of adult learning processes and design models like ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, etc. to create ground-breaking industry training. I view learning as the means to performance excellence. My goal is to use my experience to provide strategic training development, delivery, and change management to a great company and industry that is focused on developing their people and leading their industry. I believe strongly in motivating principles used by Dale Carnegie-a master at bringing out the best in people as individuals and teams-Steven Covey and others.
