QUALIFICATIONS: Work hard to promote a safe and injury free environment for each project. This includes pre-planning, job hazard analysis and line-of-site inspections. Perform quantity takeoffs to prepare budgetary estimates and track performance. Establish and maintain a critical path schedule (Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Sure Trak). Negotiate, draft and execute subcontracts and purchase orders. Prepare and review submittals to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and minimize time lost due re-submittals. Draft and implement work plans for critical tasks detailing materials, equipment, manpower and procedures required to complete the task. Coordinate with the Superintendent the means and methods for the successful and profitable execution of the work. Manage billings to ensure timely submission and approval of payment applications. Negotiate terms and conditions for change orders. Complete O&M manuals, punch list items and closeout documents in a timely manner. Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with Owners, Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors and Material Vendors. (8.9 million). Excavation of existing dike embankment and placement of new embankment riprap and rock fill for dike raise. Excavation of drainage ditches and installation of 18" perforated HDPE and associated precast concrete access wells and inspection wells. Provide and stockpile riprap for extreme flood event.
