Supported A healthcare organization focused on reconciling sales orders for billing and collections. Develops and maintains relationship with Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care providers to fund claims and owned performance of over 5000 call center agents in several countries (US India Canada El Salvador Philippines) across the globe. Responsible for North American Call Center Ops: Forecasting Capacity Planning Training Quality Queue Watch and Reporting. Multiple facilities/cities and outsource partner responsibility.
